Our entirely homemade cuisine draws inspiration from traditional alpine recipes, enhanced with contemporary touches.
 Crafted exclusively with regional and seasonal products, our menu evolves throughout the year.

During summer, enjoy grilled meats prepared in the feuerring; autumn brings hearty hunting dishes; and in winter, velvety soups and indulgent pasta dishes take center stage.

Locally Sourced, Always Fresh

Honoring the valaisan terroir is of utmost importance to us, and we take pride in introducing our guests to the region’s finest offerings, we believe in product quality, respect for nature, and close connections with local farms.

Our fruits and vegetables come from the Roduit family in Fully, while our cheeses are sourced from Laiterie Le Terroir in Crans-Montana and Ferme des Trontières in Randogne. Meat is provided by Boucherie du Rawyl in Crans-Montana and Boucherie La Lienne in Lens, and our eggs come fresh from Monsieur Mayor in Icogne. By favoring local suppliers, we ensure the highest quality and freshness while supporting sustainability.

The wines we offer are meticulously selected by Françoise Lamaa, sister of Sami Lamaa, whose expertise in sommellerie and oenology, honed over two decades of experience and education, guides our wine list.

Our selection primarily features swiss wines, with additional offerings from France, Italy, Lebanon, and Israel, giving you a unique opportunity to discover a world of flavors.

Through our choices, small gestures, and philosophy, we proudly adhere to and support the Slow Food movement. This worldwide initiative, present in 160 countries, calls for sustainable and environmentally friendly food production.

Slow Food advocates for local ingredients, raises awareness of food quality and taste, and highlights the impact of our daily food choices on production methods and ecosystems.

At Chetzeron, we put these principles into practice by working exclusively with local and seasonal produce. We personally select every ingredient to ensure its quality, choosing small-scale producers and breeders who prioritize nature and animal welfare.

Additionally, we aim to minimize food waste within our operations. Thanks to our concise menu and breakfast options, waste is kept to a minimum, ensuring that every dish is fresh, homemade, and crafted with care.
