Honoring the valaisan terroir is of utmost importance to us, and we take pride in introducing our guests to the region’s finest offerings, we believe in product quality, respect for nature, and close connections with local farms.
Our fruits and vegetables come from the Roduit family in Fully, while our cheeses are sourced from Laiterie Le Terroir in Crans-Montana and Ferme des Trontières in Randogne. Meat is provided by Boucherie du Rawyl in Crans-Montana and Boucherie La Lienne in Lens, and our eggs come fresh from Monsieur Mayor in Icogne. By favoring local suppliers, we ensure the highest quality and freshness while supporting sustainability.
